What Are Pre-orders?
Pre-orders are open in order to get a pin funded. Therefore, the pin is not ready yet. This might take 1-3 months after the pre-orders are closed before you received the actual product because producing, shipping, quality check, packing, etc need a lot of time and work. So your cooperation and patience are expected when you're joining the pre-order.
Why Should I join Pre-orders?
By joining the pre-orders, you're not just helping the artist to bring the items to life but you also guaranteed to get a standrad ( A Grade) item with lower price along with some exclusive freebies such as stickers, photocard, etc.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do ship worldwide. I'm using registered mail only so you can track your package since I don't want them to get lost or not being delivered to you.
When Will I receive my items?
Once I received the pre-order items, it takes 1-2 weeks for me to grade and pack your orders. As for in stock items, it takes 3-5 days to pack and I usually drop the package in bulk around the weekend. For more information about shipping, please refer to my Shipping & Policies.
Can I combine my order?
Yes. You can send your order numbers to my email at [email protected] with "Combine Shipping" on the subject for me to notice the email easily. Please note that you can combine in stock orders only.
Can I get a refund?
Once you placed an order and paid, I'm sorry but there will be no refunds.UNLESS:
The item you ordered is somehow out of stock.
The pin you ordered didn't get funded and couldn't go into production (pre-order being canceled).

Regular shipping
Regular shipment is already back to normal and I can finally ship to all countries that I usually received orders from. Worldwide shipping is start from 9USD include tracking.
SHIPPING
Since I'm doing everything by myself, in stock orders might take 1-2 weeks to be shipped out cause I'm dropping them in bulk. It might take 2-9 weeks after shipment to arrive depending on where you are. Tracking numbers will always be sent via email as soon as I received them. If you happen to not received the email, you can always contact me through dm/email cause I might missed out since I do it manually.
Taxes & Customs
As you're purchasing from my shop, you are agreed to fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with retrieving your package.
in case of return to sender
If your package somehow being returned to me due to an error that's not coming from me (incorrect address, inactive phone number, package not being picked up, delivery refused, customs unpaid, etc) I will redelivered your package after you've paid for another shipping fee.
